Ranger all-weather fencers always have 3 terminals. Besides a terminal for earth connection, one fence terminal for normal fences and one additional for a small additional fence or a paddock. Power at second fence terminal is always limited to un dangerous 0.5 Joules or less. Especially for fences nearby farms this means high security for i.e. playing children.
